Bike Therapy

A casual ride to draw the line between work and the weekend.

Starts near Little Deli in Crestview, goes down through the UT campus, looping around the Capitol and back up to the start through West Campus and Hyde Park. Many Austin landmarks along the way.

Most of this ride is in good bike lanes or quiet roads. We will travel around 10–13 mph. Open to all types of bikes and riders.

• Attire: up to you
• Helmet: yes
• Accessories: spare tube and lights (the sun will set during the ride)

Park on St. Johns or on the edges of the parking lot.
