Our tours are never scripted and offer you a glimpse of the city from a unique perspective not found in any guidebook. Join us for rides to our favorite swimming holes, trails around the lake, hangouts, food, and all points in between. You’re going to love it. Ask about group and military discounts. Our Rental Service:

Providing you with a great bike is just part of what we do. We have over 50 years of combined experience in riding bikes around Austin. Our staff of locals will provide you with all of the information you'll need to make your biking experience in Austin a great one. Maps of bike routes will be provided. Need a good suggestion for a lunch stop? Some shopping? Or a nice ride around the lake? No problem. Directions to Barton Springs? We have you covered. We'll take the time to make sure you know the best and safest ways to get to any destination in the city.

City Bike:

Our multi-speed city bikes are up for any urban adventure you have in mind. Equipped with racks, water bottle cages, and simple shifters, these bikes are at home on the city streets and the lake trails. All rentals include lock, lights, helmet (optional) and roadside assistance. Bike maps and great advice are also included.

YOGA TOUR On this tour, Melissa will take you through downtown to the historic Rainey Street District before hopping on the beautiful Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk. We'll stop at Butler ... morePark for a one hour yoga class with either a gentle, restorative focus or a more challenging advanced class. After, we'll take a scenic ride along the lake to prehistoric swimming hole, Barton Springs to take a dip in crystal clear spring water, right in the heart of Austin. Be sure to bring your bathing suit, a towel and a sense of adventure. We provide the bike, the teacher, and a mat. Treat yourself to this rejuvenating experience.

But how did it get there? Join us on a tour exploring the places that helped Austin make its name, and learn how the city evolved from the sleepy college town and capital of Texas to the juggernaut of live music it is today! Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 2 pm we depart from our location in the heart of downtown to seek out the legacy of our music scene, ending with a free show at a pre-selected location, curated by your tour guide.

TEXAS CRAFT BEER TOUR
Like riding bikes and drinking beer? So do we! Take a ride with us and experience the amazing Austin brewing scene and the sites that our city has to offer . During our two and a half hour ride, you'll learn about the history of craft brewing here in the Capitol City as well as a sampling of our local beers. 

Departs at 2pm, Saturday and Sunday. 2.5 hours, $75 per person (tastings included). 24-hour advance reservation required. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.

Our Austin's Lakes, Springs and Bridges Tour gives you a chance to ride the shaded Butler Trail around Lady Bird Lake, stopping along the way to talk about Austin's historical beginnings ... moreand present day boom. We'll swing by the Congress Street bridge, home of the largest urban bat population in the world. You can take a dip, soak your feet or just enjoy the natural beauty from the banks when we visit the world famous Barton Springs or the oldest spring-fed pool in Texas, the Deep Eddy. We'll wrap up with a visit to Hope Outdoor Art Gallery where you'll have a chance to leave your mark along with thousands of others at this ever evolving art project.

On our Austin Icons Bicycle Tour you'll enjoy a leisurely two-hour guided bike tour through tree lined streets of the most historic neighborhoods in Austin. You'll visit the famous ... moreTreaty Oak and it's long and sometimes strange history, take a ride through the University of Texas Campus to see the tower that Charles Whitman made famous and learn about school's founding. We'll visit Sholtz's Beer Garden, Texas' oldest operating business and talk about its significance in forming Texas culture, music and society. You will also take a pedal down to the State Capital grounds to talk about the founding of Texas and the struggle that took place in naming Austin as the capital. Your tour includes a comfortable bike with handbrakes, gears, a rack for your stuff and a really great guide.

Presently departing the shop at 10am, Monday through Thursday and at 10am and 3pm, Friday through Sunday. 2 hours, $49 per person. Book online or by phone. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
